Business strategy execution can be split into a number of defined projects/initiatives and the successful execution of these projects requires a working understanding project management.
Projects often fail due to poor project management, There are number of tools and processes that can be deployed to ensure project success. Sperpa2 will work with your teams to plan each project correctly, define responsibilities and provide a coaching/sponsor role to work with your internal project team for successful delivery.
Project Management training is available for your team to increase their understanding of what’s is required, however the main learning to embed this skill across the business will come from the coaching and execution of the projects identified for support.
