We will identify the gaps in the current structure, processes, skills etc which are needed to successfully execute the companies strategy and facilitate the identification and prioritisation of the strategic actions required for short, medium and longterm strategy delivery.
All this work can be summarised in a one page top level strategy map. It is important for all stakeholders within the business to understand the business strategy and what part they will play in its successful execution.
